New Patients

We are not accepting new patients at this time. Please check back after the end of the year as this may change..

Expecting

When you choose the Pedi-Care doctors to be your newborn’s pediatricians, you are joining a family. Our physicians, nurses, and support staff work to provide the best care and pediatric experience possible. Typically, we see term newborns at one week of age and pre-term newborns, or newborns with follow-up needs (e.g. jaundice), a day or two after they are discharged from the hospital. You can arrange your well-baby appointments with the same doctor for every visit, or you can choose to rotate and meet with any number of our doctors.

New to the Practice

Joining our practice is as simple as calling to register. During this phone call we take the names and birthdates of your children, your contact information, and confirm that we accept your insurance. As soon as you are registered and have forwarded your family’s medical records, we can see your child for sick visits and checkups as well as answer medical questions. During your first office visit, we will ask that you fill out our new patient form. You may download this form and complete it at home prior to your visit to save time.
